Information Ozurie collects

When you create an account, make a purchase, download a product, or contact support, Ozurie may collect your email address, account identifier, name and billing address provided at checkout, order and payment status, purchased products, license keys, and the contents of your support messages. The site and its providers may also process routine technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, request times, and security logs.

Ozurie collects first-party store analytics including pageviews, 30-minute browsing sessions, approximate device class, referring website, campaign tags, cart additions, checkout starts, and aggregate purchase performance. Random browser and session identifiers estimate visits and unique visitors. Ozurie does not store your IP address or full browser user-agent in its analytics events and does not use analytics for cross-site advertising.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe. Ozurie receives transaction details needed to confirm payment and fulfill your order, but does not receive your full card number.

How information is used

Ozurie uses this information to create and secure accounts, process purchases, provide downloads and license keys, send purchase and account emails, answer support requests, prevent abuse, understand store performance and site usage, and maintain the reliability of the site.

Google Sign-In

If you choose Google Sign-In, Ozurie receives your Google account identifier and standard profile information, including your email address, name, and profile image, through Supabase. Ozurie uses this information only to create and authenticate your account and to verify your identity if you request account deletion. Ozurie does not request access to your Google files, contacts, or other Google services and does not retain Google access or refresh tokens.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and protect account access. Your cart is stored locally in your browser so it remains available as you move around the site. First-party analytics stores a random visitor identifier and a 30-minute session identifier in local storage. Analytics is not collected when the browser sends a supported Global Privacy Control signal. Ozurie does not use this information for cross-site advertising.

Service providers

Ozurie shares information only as needed with providers that help operate the store: Supabase for accounts and data storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional and support email, and hosting and infrastructure providers that deliver and secure the site. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Ozurie may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of Ozurie or others, or as part of a business transfer. Ozurie does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Information is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to provide your account, purchases, downloads, support, and license records; meet legal and accounting obligations; resolve disputes; and prevent fraud. Ozurie uses reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. Some purchase or transaction records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. Your rights may vary depending on where you live.

Signed-in customers can download a copy of their Ozurie account data or permanently delete their account and associated Ozurie records from the account page. Account deletion removes the profile, licenses, download access, and linked Stripe customer record. Ozurie retains minimized transaction records and de-linked Stripe payment identifiers when required for accounting, tax, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. A pseudonymous deletion/security tombstone is retained to prevent delayed payment events from recreating the account or restoring download access. Stripe may separately retain transaction information when required by law or its compliance obligations.

Children

Ozurie is not directed to children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
